Return Policy
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Anderson Ranches LLC and Kalapooia Grass Fed Processing LLC, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities (collectively, the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.
1. ALL SALES FINAL – PERISHABLE GOODS
All products sold by the Company are PERISHABLE MEAT PRODUCTS.
Due to food safety laws, health regulations, and the nature of perishable goods:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
This applies to:

Online orders
-
Local pickup orders
-
Shipped orders
-
Company-delivered orders
-
Wholesale and commercial purchases
Once products leave our custody, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
2. NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMER-CAUSED ISSUES
Refunds or credits will not be issued for issues caused by, including but not limited to:

Failure to pick up an order on time

Missed delivery attempts
-
Packages left unattended
-
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Carrier delays outside our control
-
Improper storage or handling
-
Product spoilage after transfer
-
Change of mind
-
Ordering error by the customer
3. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS (SOLE DISCRETION)
Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be considered only at the Company’s sole discretion and only in the following limited circumstances:
A. Order Fulfillment Errors

Incorrect item shipped

Missing item
B. Product Damaged in Transit

Packaging visibly compromised upon arrival

Damage clearly attributable to shipping
4. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS & DEADLINES
To request consideration under Section 3, the customer must:

Notify the Company within 24 hours of pickup or delivery

Provide clear photographic evidence
-
Retain original packaging until claim resolution
-
Provide order number and contact information
Failure to meet any requirement voids eligibility for consideration.
5. SHIPPING-SPECIFIC DISCLAIMERS
By choosing shipping, you acknowledge and accept that:

Refrigeration materials are temporary
-
Carrier delays may occur
-
Temperature upon arrival is not guaranteed
-
Partial thawing does not automatically constitute damage
The Company does not guarantee product condition beyond the point of shipment.
6. LOCAL PICKUP DISCLAIMERS
For pickup orders:

Pickup windows are strictly enforced
-
Products not picked up on time may be discarded
-
No refunds or credits will be issued for late pickup
Responsibility transfers to the customer upon release.
7. COMPANY-OPERATED DELIVERY DISCLAIMERS
For rare Company-delivered orders:

Responsibility transfers at handoff
-
No temperature guarantees are made beyond delivery
-
No refunds for delays caused by traffic, weather, or customer unavailability
8. WHOLESALE & COMMERCIAL PURCHASES
Wholesale and commercial sales are final and non-refundable.
Wholesale purchasers are responsible for:

Regulatory compliance
-
Storage and handling
-
Resale and service practices
No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be honored for wholesale orders.
9. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for issues covered by this Policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Account suspension
-
Collection efforts
-
Dispute of the chargeback with supporting documentation
10. NO WARRANTY
All products are sold “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No express or implied warranties are provided, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability under this Policy shall never exceed the amount paid for the affected product.
The Company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
12. INTERPRETATION & NON-REDUCTION
This Policy shall be interpreted broadly and defensively in favor of the Company.
Nothing herein shall be construed to reduce protections provided in the Terms & Conditions.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO POLICY
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without notice.
Continued use of the website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of any changes.
